Sensitive information को समझना

Appbox में हम sensitive information को इस रूप में define करते हैं:

1. Personal contact details
2. Identification numbers और documents
3. Financial information
4. Authentication credentials
5. कोई भी अन्य information जो expose होने पर risk पैदा कर सकती हो

Data deletion का आपका अधिकार

UK GDPR और Data Protection Act 2018 के अनुसार, आपको अपने personal data deletion request करने का अधिकार है ("right to be forgotten"). जब आप ऐसी request करते हैं:

1. हम आपका account और associated personal information delete करेंगे
2. हम आपके data को अपने active systems से remove करेंगे
3. आपका data Appbox staff या अन्य users के लिए accessible नहीं रहेगा

Legal compliance के लिए data retention

हालांकि हम आपका account और personal information delete कर सकते हैं, UK tax regulations और HMRC requirements का compliance करने के लिए हमें कुछ transaction records legally retain करने होते हैं:

1. Transaction records जिनमें dates, amounts, और basic identification information शामिल हैं
2. Invoice details और payment confirmations
3. Tax reporting और financial audits के लिए necessary कोई भी information

यह retained information:

• केवल legally required अवधि तक रखी जाती है
• Appropriate safeguards के साथ secured रहती है
• केवल उन personnel के लिए accessible है जिन्हें compliance purposes के लिए इसकी जरूरत है
• Marketing या अन्य commercial purposes के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं होती

Username modifications

हम समझते हैं कि circumstances आपको username change करने की जरूरत दे सकती हैं, लेकिन हमारी technical architecture में कुछ limitations हैं। हमारा system जिस तरह designed है, उसके कारण हम existing Appbox को simply rename नहीं कर सकते। इसके बजाय, हमारी process में शामिल है:

1. आपके requested username के साथ नया Appbox create करना
2. आपको data transfer के options देना:
   • अपने content की self-migration नए Appbox में
   • Support-assisted migration (request पर)
3. Successful data transfer के बाद आपका previous Appbox permanently delete करना

इस service के abuse को रोकने के लिए username changes के लिए valid justification required है।

Email address updates

अपनी contact information current रखना महत्वपूर्ण है। अपने account से associated email address update करने के लिए:

1. अपनी desired new email address specify करते हुए हमारे Billing & Account Questions department में support ticket submit करें
2. Verification के बाद, हम आपके account records update करेंगे
3. फिर आप future logins और communications के लिए यह new email address इस्तेमाल करेंगे

हम strongly recommend करते हैं कि up-to-date email address maintain करें, क्योंकि हम critical service notifications, maintenance alerts, और account communications के लिए इस channel का उपयोग करते हैं।

Data removal request करना

किसी भी sensitive data removal process को initiate करने के लिए:

1. अपने Appbox Client Area में log in करें
2. हमारे Support Ticket System के जरिए detailed ticket create करें
3. अपनी request की nature clearly state करें और necessary information provide करें
4. हमारी team आपकी request review करेगी और appropriate next steps के साथ respond करेगी

हम अपने users की privacy को priority देते हैं और ऐसी सभी requests को promptly और discretion के साथ handle करेंगे।
