Sensitive Information समजून घेणे

Appbox मध्ये आम्ही sensitive information अशी define करतो:

1. Personal contact details
2. Identification numbers आणि documents
3. Financial information
4. Authentication credentials
5. Exposed झाल्यास risk निर्माण करू शकणारी इतर कोणतीही माहिती

Data Deletion चा तुमचा अधिकार

UK GDPR आणि Data Protection Act 2018 नुसार, तुम्हाला तुमचा personal data delete करण्याची request करण्याचा अधिकार आहे ("right to be forgotten"). अशी request केल्यावर:

1. आम्ही तुमचे account आणि associated personal information delete करू
2. आम्ही आमच्या active systems मधून तुमचा data remove करू
3. तुमचा data Appbox staff किंवा इतर users ना accessible राहणार नाही

Legal Compliance साठी Data Retention

आम्ही तुमचे account आणि personal information delete करू शकतो, पण UK tax regulations आणि HMRC requirements comply करण्यासाठी काही transaction records legally retain करणे आवश्यक आहे:

1. Dates, amounts, आणि basic identification information सह transaction records
2. Invoice details आणि payment confirmations
3. Tax reporting आणि financial audits साठी आवश्यक कोणतीही माहिती

ही retained information:

• फक्त legally required असेपर्यंत ठेवली जाते
• योग्य safeguards सह secured असते
• Compliance purposes साठी ज्यांना गरज आहे अशा personnel पुरतीच accessible असते
• Marketing किंवा इतर commercial purposes साठी वापरली जात नाही

Username Modifications

काही परिस्थितींमध्ये username बदलण्याची गरज असू शकते हे आम्हाला समजते, पण आमच्या technical architecture मध्ये काही limitations आहेत. आमची system design जशी आहे, त्यानुसार existing Appbox फक्त rename करता येत नाही. त्याऐवजी आमच्या process मध्ये समाविष्ट आहे:

1. तुमच्या requested username सह नवीन Appbox तयार करणे
2. तुमचा data transfer करण्यासाठी options देणे:
   • तुमच्या content चे new Appbox मध्ये self-migration
   • Support-assisted migration (request केल्यास)
3. Data transfer successful झाल्यानंतर तुमचा previous Appbox permanently delete करणे

या service चा abuse टाळण्यासाठी username changes साठी valid justification आवश्यक आहे.

Email Address Updates

तुमची contact information current ठेवणे महत्त्वाचे आहे. तुमच्या account शी associated email address update करण्यासाठी:

1. तुमचा हवा असलेला new email address specify करून आमच्या Billing & Account Questions department मध्ये support ticket submit करा
2. Verification नंतर आम्ही तुमचे account records update करू
3. त्यानंतर future logins आणि communications साठी हा new email address वापराल

Updated email address राखण्याची आम्ही strongly recommend करतो, कारण critical service notifications, maintenance alerts, आणि account communications साठी आम्ही हे channel वापरतो.

Data Removal Request करणे

कोणतीही sensitive data removal process सुरू करण्यासाठी:

1. तुमच्या Appbox Client Area मध्ये log in करा
2. आमच्या Support Ticket System द्वारे detailed ticket तयार करा
3. तुमच्या request चे स्वरूप स्पष्ट सांगा आणि आवश्यक माहिती द्या
4. आमची team तुमची request review करून appropriate next steps सह respond करेल

आम्ही आमच्या users च्या privacy ला प्राधान्य देतो आणि अशा सर्व requests तत्परतेने आणि discretion सह हाताळू.
